Joanna translated business requirements into scalable architecture and hands-on delivery. Mathieu brought deep knowledge of commercial, service and operational processes.

The combination worked: business decisions became technology without layers of handovers, and technical choices stayed grounded in how the organisation actually operated. Arveqo was created to bring this model to other growing Swiss companies.

He has led international Salesforce rollouts, connecting executive priorities with practical workflows for sales, service and field teams. At Arveqo, he owns process discovery, scope, stakeholder alignment, training and adoption.

Joanna Miłosz

Joanna is a Salesforce Solution Architect and Delivery Lead with 8+ years of experience across Deloitte Digital, Pictet Asset Management and a Swiss industrial environment. She works across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through configuration, Flow and Apex development, testing, deployment and documentation. She brings enterprise delivery standards while keeping solutions proportional to the needs and budgets of growing companies.
